Residency Fair

The 2022 Residency Fair will be Saturday, October 8 from 3:00-5:00 PM in the Graduate Hotel Pinnacle Ballroom and Foyer (view hotel map and map of location).  The space is very limited and is CURRENTLY SOLD OUT (view the list of programs signed up so far). Pack light and do not bring large displays with you, but do bring your amazing people!  Booths are $900 and include two full conference registrations. A maximum of two programs can share one space and provide one full registration to each program.  Also FMM will host a "Program Directors Networking Meeting" at 5:30pm after the fair concludes. 

Reserve your booth today using this online formDeadline is August 15.  You will be put on a waiting list in the order your application is received and contacted on August 16  if there is an opening for you.  Please do not pay online with your application at this time. 

Conference Cancellation Policy:  Should any situation arise that is beyond the control of the IAFP/ FMM that prevents the holding of the conference and/or the residency exhibit hall, the IAFP and FMM will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred by the exhibitor beyond the residency exhibit fee. Should the conference and/or residency exhibit hall need to cancel, FMM will refund the full exhibit fee within 30 days of cancellation notice. 

Exhibiting Program Refund Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received by September 1 to obtain a partial refund, minus $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 1.   Payment must be received in full by September 8, 2022 or the space is forfeited.
Exhibitor Agreement:  A no-show by an exhibitor forfeits their exhibit fee entirely.
