Learning from Patients - (15 minute session)

Purpose: To present interesting patient cases that offer learning points on diagnostic or treatment approaches. The goal is to report on unique history and physical exam findings, difficult-to-make diagnoses, or common conditions with unusual presentations.  Abstracts and proposals should include the following sections: background (why is this case unique or important to learn from?), case presentation (explain presenting symptoms, diagnosis and outcome), and conclusions (discuss what was learned, relation to other cases, and impact).
